Boxing, Muay Thai & Kickboxing Classes in Miami

At Wolfpack Boxing Club, we teach real technique, not just a workout. Whether you’re a beginner learning the basics or an experienced fighter sharpening your skills, every class builds real boxing, kickboxing, or martial arts fundamentals, along with practical self-defense and the kind of confidence that comes from actually knowing what you’re doing. Classes are built for all ages and skill levels, from your first class to competition-level training.

Boxing

Boxing Classes in Miami

Stance, footwork, jab, cross, hook, uppercut, defense. Boxing class builds these from the ground up, then puts them together into real combinations on pads and bags. It’s a full-body workout, but the actual goal is skill: coordination, timing, and the kind of discipline that only comes from drilling something until it’s automatic.

Who it’s for: Beginners through experienced fighters, ages 13 and up.

Kickboxing

Kickboxing Classes at Wolfpackboxiing Club Miami

Known as “the art of eight limbs,” Muay Thai adds knees, elbows, and clinch work on top of the punches and kicks you’d get in kickboxing, making it the most complete striking system we teach. It builds agility, endurance, and genuinely practical self-defense skill, since it covers more fighting range than almost any other discipline on this page. Classes are coached by Arthur, a Brazilian Muay Thai and kickboxing coach with 14 years of training and 10 fights.

Who it’s for: Anyone who wants the widest striking skill set, not just punches and kicks.

MMA / BJJ

Kids Boxing Classes

MMA training combines striking, clinch work, and ground technique into one system, closer to what you’d actually see in a cage than any single discipline on its own. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu narrows in specifically on grappling and submissions, which is where a lot of real self-defense situations actually end up, on the ground, not standing and trading strikes. Both are open from complete beginners through members training for competition.

Who it’s for: Anyone wanting a complete skill set across striking and grappling, or training specifically for competition.

Strength Training

Strength Training Classes in Miami

Strength training at Wolfpack is functional, not bodybuilding-focused, built around the same standard we hold in boxing and Muay Thai: proper form first, load added gradually, no shortcuts. It builds lean muscle, bone density, and real functional power for every athlete who trains here, including women who’ve steered clear of weights over the old “it’ll bulk you up” myth. It also plays directly into striking power if you’re training boxing or Muay Thai alongside it.

Who it’s for: Anyone building strength to support their training or general fitness, including women.

Kids & Teens

Kids Boxing Classes

Kids and teens train real boxing, kickboxing, and martial arts fundamentals, with coaching built for how each age group actually learns and progresses. Skills build week to week rather than one-off “fun” activities, and as students progress, they move into controlled partner drills, never sparring, so technique gets tested against a real partner in a safe, coached setting.

Kids (ages 5–12): Grouped by age and skill level, with no experience or gear required to start.

Teens (ages 13+): Train alongside our regular adult classes, with coaching that scales to their experience, whether they’re continuing from our kids program or starting fresh.
